How to Check Your Order History?

Log in to your “My account”:

Log in to your account and click on “Orders” In the Order History area of your account, you will have access to the following information:

Tracking Shipments:

Track a shipment, locate your order and click on the Tracking Number.

Upload files:

The item you ordered is a custom product, please provide your product request information after the order checkout and payment is completed.

Order Inquiry: Find your order upload file (file type:.rar) according to your order number.

When Will My Order Ship?

After we receive the sample from the customer’s entity to confirm the production requirements, about 30 working days.
After the production is completed, the finished product will be photographed and uploaded to the order transaction message, then we will arrange the shipment.

Shipping Notifications

Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive an email advising you of the shipping status of your order and its tracking number, if applicable.

When the tracking numbers are present, you can click on the link and it will take you directly to the carriers’ website so that you can track your order.
